How Do We Store The Glo Pal Characters When Not In Use?
It is very important that the Glo Pal Characters are removed from liquid and dried when not in use. Typically, removing the Pals from liquid, giving them a quick shake, and setting them out to dry will help increase the lifespan of the Pals. However, here are some more important tips:
First, turn the lights off when bath/play time is over and check to see if there is any light still coming from the Pals after they have been removed from liquid
- If the Glo Pal Light Up Cube inside of the Glo Pal Character does not turn off completely when removed from water, hold on to one of the Character's arms and spin the character in a circular motion. This will force residual fluid out of the port on the bottom of the Glo Pals Character.
- If the inserted Glo Pal Light Up Cube still has not turned off, remove it from the Glo Pal Character and blow through the small slots in the sides of the Glo Pal Light Up Cube. Leave it outside of the Glo Pal Character to dry overnight.
- Stand the Glo Pal Characters upright after removing them from liquid. This will help them to dry more quickly.
- Bath bombs, bath salts, excess soaps and shampoos can interfere with the Glo Pal Light Up Cubes liquid activation and cause the Glo Pal Light Up Cubes to stay on when removed from water. If you have a stubborn Glo Pal Light Up Cube that still doesn't want to turn off, run this Glo Pal Light Up Cube under warm water and then try again to blow through the slots of the Glo Pal Light Up Cube to get it to turn off.
- If the Glo Pal Light Up Cube doesn't turn off after these steps, chances are that the Glo Pal Light Up Cube has been damaged. Please reach out to our team (support@glopals.com) and we will work with you to resolve this issue.
