It is very important to take care when removing a Glo Pal Light Up Cube from a Glo Pal Character. Since the front of each Glo Pal Character is made of thin plastic, pushing too hard or using your fingernail can tear the Glo Pal Character. Please use both hands, grip the sides of the Glo Pal Character, and push with your thumbs on the face of the Glo Pal Character. This should push the Glo Pal Light Up Cube from the rear of the unit.
